Homemade Salsbury Steak
4 Cube Steak
1 medium sized union (sliced)
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 jars beef gravy

oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet over medium high heat; add oil. Brown meat on both sides. Put jars of gravy in a 13X9 baking dish (or smaller), add mushrooms, onions, and water. Add meat put in oven and bake for about 1 hour.
My serving suggestions: I usually serve this with corn on the cob, rolls, macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes.
I always make this. My family loves it. I love to experiment with different food to make new reciepes.
